Beginner Course –
Yoga & Meditation

Yoga & Meditation course for beginners (7 days), Rishikesh, India

This course is an open invitation to anyone who is new to yoga, or who has been led to believe that they are not able to participate in yoga.

Many people have become fearful of taking part in any type of yogic practice because they feel that they are not physically active or flexible enough, or have some kind of health issue, or even just that they think that they are too old.  Traditionally, yoga has never excluded any groups of people – yoga, and its union with life, is for everyone. It is the human mind and the human ego that has created all of these distinctions.  Nature does not acknowledge any type of divisions between people.

It is a foundation for learning how to ground your awareness so that you can create an experience of peace and harmony within yourself. It will introduce you to methods for starting and ending each day so that you can develop an ongoing yoga and meditation practice which will help you in your daily life.

If you have the courage to try some of the yogic practices which have been tested through the ages, then this course is definitely for you.

Anyone can join this program – everybody is welcome. No previous experience in yoga or meditation is required

If you are seeking something deeper in your life our 7-day Beginner Yoga & Meditation Course will offer you a genuine experience in the traditional methods of yoga.
