Directions to Our Center

FROM DELHI

By Air:  Direct flights are available from either Delhi Domestic or Delhi International Airport to Dehradun.  You will need to check which airport your flight is leaving from.  From Dehradun you can take a taxi to the Centre in Neelkhant Road, Laxman Jhula, near the Bombay Ghat. The taxi can be arranged by the Vedic Yoga Centre if requested, and the ride takes around one hour.

By Taxi:  Another option is to take a taxi direct from Delhi to the Centre in Neelkanth Road, Laxman Jhula, near the Bombay Ghat, which can take between 6-8 hours depending on the time of travel and the traffic around Delhi.  The taxi can be arranged by Vedic Yoga Centre if requested.  The cost of arranging a taxi from the Delhi International/Domestic airport is currently $US80 for a small car and $US110 for a jeep.  Additional charges for parking may be incurred.

By Bus:  From the airport take a pre-paid taxi to the bus depot in Delhi (called Kashmiri Gate Bus Station) for Haridwar/Rishikesh.  Then take a taxi to the Centre in Neelkhant Road, Laxman Jhula near the Bombay Ghat, which takes around one hour.

By Train:  From the airport take a pre-paid taxi to New Delhi railway station and take the train to Haridwar.  From Haridwar take a taxi to Vedic Yoga Centre in Neelkhant Road, Laxman Jhula, near the Bombay Ghat, which takes around one hour.

FROM MUMBAI

Direct flights are available from Mumbai to Dehradun, and then taxi to the Centre in Neelkhant Road, Laxman Jhula, near the Bombay Ghat.  This can be arranged by the Centre if requested. The taxi ride takes around one hour.

Note: For anyone having difficulty booking flights or train tickets, the Centre is happy to assist.  A copy of each member’s passport will be required to arrange tickets.

From the Dehradun airport the cost for a taxi is around $US25 for a small car and $US40 for a jeep.
