The Himalayan Living Wisdom yoga course offers a holistic approach for the life of modern man.  As “living wisdom” these philosophies can be applied to whatever situation you find yourself in, with the same results as generations ago – ongoing peace and tranquility.

·   Samyak kriya  (practices which will help you to connect with your inner wisdom)

·   Breath practice  (strengthening your physical/mental/inner abilities)

·   Mantra chanting  (pure sound for the development of your inner path)

·   Meditation  (mindful flow of awareness)

In these current times, many people are facing all different types of stresses and tensions.  This online workshop, will teach you how to de-stress through yogic practices, and give you an understanding of how you can experience the silence and peace that will give you freedom within.

During these three days you will receive a foundation for your journey of discovery into the silence and peace within.  The program will give you the basic disciplines and attitudes required for developing both an understanding and a practice, which will help you to experience peace in each moment.

Join us online through the ZOOM program for our Holistic Health and Well-being workshop.  Learn the Himalayan wisdom on how to connect with your inner self in order to work towards your holistic health. 

This is a great opportunity to listen to and interact with Shri Shailendra Singh Negi and learn the traditional Vedic wisdom of yoga, meditation and lifestyle, for your overall well-being.

ELIGIBILITY

Everybody is welcome – no previous experience in yoga is required.  Invite your friends and relatives, and anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of how to gain their equilibrium and a balanced life.

The sessions will be held in English, with Russian translation, due to our large numbers of Russian students who do not speak English.  If you don’t mind hearing the Russian translation during the class, then you are welcome to join us.

CURRICULUM

This series of workshops will consist of both practice and theory.  

The practical aspects of the program include commencing the class with a meditation, followed by a combination of hatha yoga and kriya yoga practices, ending with yoga nidra, which is a relaxation practice.

The theoretical aspects include discussions on topics such as how to develop your inner awareness, and how to achieve holistic health and well-being.  Well-being simply means learning how to connect with your inner nature.  You know that you have a mind, feelings, and a breath; but you are much deeper than just this.

Come and be inspired and motivated by these practices and discussions.
