As the world changes and new technologies are introduced, it is in everybody’s interest to adapt to our shifting circumstances. Our online platform is called VYC Distance Education, and all of our online programs will be conducted under this heading.
The vision behind our online platform
So in addition to our traditional methods of sharing the traditional Vedic teachings at our premises in Rishikesh, we have now adopted an online platform, which is the perfect tool for these modern times to ensure that we all stay connected, and that we can continue to educate, motivate and inspire students to maintain their consistency in their yoga practice, and develop on their yogic journey.

How are we connecting online?
We are using the medium of ZOOM to connect with students around the world. It’s easy and handy; all you have to do is download the ZOOM app to your phone, or download the program onto your computer. Once you contact us to participate in any of our workshops or programs, we will send you an access code so that you can log on. If you are unable to participate when the program is live, you can ask us to send you the link for the recording, and watch it at your leisure.
