REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Onsite Course, retreats and other services
Cancellation after registering will result in a loss of prepayment. After the start of the course, no refunds will be given.

Online Courses
The course fee is strictly non-refundable, non-cancellable and non-transferable.
If you need to cancel the course due to unavoidable reasons, the booking amount will be lost, or it can be adjusted/used in any future course you do with us within one year from the date of booking.
In this case, you must inform us at least two days before your course start date otherwise you may lose your booking amount fee entirely.
If you wish to follow an online course but can’t attend the live sessions, you must let us know so that we can send you the links to download the sessions that you miss. We accept no responsibility if you don’t download the sessions and they are deleted. It is your responsibility to download them immediately upon receipt of the link, as storage space for these sessions in the Cloud is limited.

Online Payment Policy
Please note that for any online payments (for any onsite,online course, retreats and other services), all Bank service charges/ PayPal transaction charges should be paid by applicant only. This charge at the present moment is 2.5%, being the rate calculated by the bank for its service, and is subject to change.
