Usage of Funds/Refund & Cancellation Policy
USAGE OF FUNDS
All funds raised will be used to create and maintain yoga and Ayurveda programs, yoga retreats and yoga courses, both online and on-site.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ON-SITE AND ONLINE PROGRAMS
SECTION 1: ON-SITE PROGRAMS
1. Deposit Requirement
Upon acceptance into any program, all Yoga Teacher Training Course (YTTC) students and retreat guests are required to pay US$300 as an initial deposit at the time of booking. Payment of this deposit constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions detailed herein.

2. Deposit Validity
The initial deposit is valid for 1 year (365 days) from the date of receipt. If the booking is postponed to a later date, the fees, charges, and terms applicable at the time of the new booking will apply. This deposit is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

3. Balance of the Payment
The applicant must pay the balance of the booking fee in full before the program commences. Once paid, the balance is non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Cancellations and Refunds
In case of cancellation, the applicant forfeits the full deposit. No further communication will be entered into.

SECTION 2: ONLINE PROGRAMS – ADDITIONAL CLAUSE

6. Recorded sessions
If an applicant wishes to follow an online course but can’t attend the live sessions, the applicant must make the Retreat Centre aware so that the links to download the missed sessions can be sent to the applicant. It is the applicant’s responsibility to download these sessions immediately upon receipt of the link, as storage space for these in the Cloud is limited. The Retreat Centre accepts no responsibility for deleted sessions.

SECTION 3: ONLINE PAYMENT POLICY
Please note that for any payments made ONLINE, the applicant must pay all Bank Service charges/PayPal transaction fees. The current charge of 3.5% is calculated by the bank and is subject to change. PayPal charges are calculated on a payment-by-payment basis.
