Accommodation at the Vedic Yoga Centre Guesthouse consists of twelve spacious, comfortable and clean rooms built over two levels, many with balconies, and some overlooking the Ganga. The rooms can be rented either by couples or individuals, with each room having an ensuite bathroom and toilet. Hot water is provided 24-hours a day, and all bedlinen and towels are supplied. A communal kitchen is provided for those wishing to cook their own meals. However, the Guesthouse can provide delicious vegetarian meals by negotiation if this is preferred.

WiFi is available in public areas.

The Centre has two yoga halls and a “yagya” area which is available for conducting fire ceremonies and rituals. The Centre runs daily morning yoga classes and evening kirtan sessions, both of which are available at the daily rates - see the following link for rates. When the senior teacher is available there is usually an evening satsang after the kirtan. In this forum, guests can ask questions on yoga or Vedic philosophies and spiritual life. If satsang is important to you, check the Schedule to determine when the senior teacher will be available as he travels extensively for many months of the year.

The Centre also caters for group accommodation and programs upon request. For those wishing to conduct their own yoga programs, the yoga halls and “yagya” are available to be rented, and group meals can also be prepared by the Centre for a negotiated fee.

In addition, the Centre offers Ayurvedic treatments - see the following link for rates: Ayurvedic treatments

Our Centre is ideal for those wishing to enhance their spiritual practices or just take a holiday in our wonderful town. It is a family-operated concern, located in a prime position at Laxman Jhula, Rishikesh, just two minutes walk from the famous Laxman Jhula Bridge over the holy River Ganga. Guests can walk to the nearby sandy beach by the river for relaxation and inspiration, or explore the many spiritual bookshops, cafes and restaurants in the town. There are also many jewellery stores, and shops supplying clothing and hand crafted woollen/pashmina items.

Rishikesh is regarded as the 'yoga capital of the world' and a popular pilgrim destination, the starting point to visit many famous temples and some of the most holy pilgrimage sites of India such as Gangotri, Badrinarth, Kedranath and Yamunotri.

Rishikesh is also the 'gateway to the Himalayas' and the many wondrous sights and natural beauty that Northern India has to offer. There are many tour guides and trekking companies in the town who can arrange unforgettable outdoor adventures in the mountains or even some white-water rafting down the Ganga.
